sculpt it in microcrystalline sculpture wax!!it is carveable brushable in liquid form,it is easily shaped with standard tools used for clay11YOU CAN SATURATE CLOTH SUBSTRATE SHEETS WITH IT AND FORM IT OVER A FACE MOLD!! you can add any number of pieces or augmenting sculpted adjuncts to it .and subtracting and lightening and streamlining the final surface is a breezeyou can make a gtv-two part rubber mold around the finished piece and cast as many as you want in hydro-cal,polyester resin,plaster,concrete or plaster empregnated/saturated fabric!!!resin can be clear,translucent ,marblized,opaque,clear-colored or any permutation of those appearance.even metallic with bronze filings added during the pouring work-up!!even a good antique bronze faux finish can be approximated!!lion's art supplies in long beach ,california has all of the kits and raw materials that you seem to require!!i don't know where you live but they are local to me near los angeles harbor!!!!!
