Structure descriptionThe suction and discharge outlets of this pump are below the axis line of the pump and vertical to the axis. There is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipes and motors during the overhaul. Viewed from the transmission direction, the pump rotates clockwise (according to the user's needs and can be turned counterclockwise).
The pump is directly driven by an electric motor through an elastic coupling and can be driven by an internal combustion engine when necessary.Shaft seal is soft packing seal (mechanical seal structure can be adopted according to user's requirement).
Pump main parts are: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction seal ring, shaft sleeve and so on.Pump and pump cover constitute the impeller of the studio. A screw hole for mounting a vacuum meter and a pressure gauge is arranged on the water inlet and outlet flange. The lower part of the water inlet flange is provided with a water outlet pipe screw hole.The impeller, which is checked by static balance, is fixed on the shaft by the shaft sleeve and the sleeve nut on both sides. The axial position of the impeller can be adjusted by the sleeve nut.The pump shaft is supported by two single row radial ball bearings. The bearings are mounted inside the bearing and mounted at both ends of the pump body and lubricated with butter.
