This gap affects the volume of gas, the gap is too large, the pulp will turn to the front from the leaf blade at the rear lower vacuum behind the blade, the air flow decreases; the gap is too small, the impeller and the cover plate is prone to impact and friction, and the inflation quantity decreased. The experiment proves that the suitable clearance is 6 ~ 8mm.(2) impeller speed. In a certain range, the greater the impeller speed, the greater the amount of inflation. But if the speed is too large, the impeller cover is worn fast, the power consumption is increased, and the pulp surface is unstable.
