I am regretting buying this furniture set, and I wasted over $500. Nothing happened yet to this furniture. I am living by myself at my apartment.
This furniture comes with microfiber/polyester fabric, which will last you several years. Keep pets off of it completely to prevent slobber marks, etc. Be careful of newsprint slough off if your fabric is a light colored fabric. Also, new blue jeans may stain this fabric as it does other light colored fabrics. Keeping it clean is a little harder than the salespeople suggest as it easily shows pronounced water stains. If you do get a water stain from spotting the fabric, then mist down the entire section with a trigger spray bottle filled with warm water and a cap full of white vinegar and then wipe down the entire section with a fresh clean white terry cloth towel. You will notice some color transfer to the white towel but this will make no difference when the fabric dries. Do not allow children to eat and drink there lunches while parked on the furniture as some food stains will be permanent.
