We had something similar camping, a foil square, vegetables, seasoning, round of meatloaf, seal it up, place in coalsIt was really good, but it was a fire, not a BBQ.

there is a video on youtube by the bbq guys or someone who did a rolled stuffed meatloafbasically I used 2 pounds very lean ground beef, patted it out on waxed paper that I misted with oil, to a square, about half inch thick! Then sprinkled sliced mushrooms, chopped peppers, chopped onions, minced garlic, and seasonings on and rolled it up tucking in endsThis is put onto the grill, I think I would set it on a small sheet of foil?, I did mine on grill pan for the oven and baked it! Bake at 350F for an hour, drip seasonings on top and shredded or sliced cheese and bake another half hour.timing for grill would be the same! I think the bbq guy used 5 pounds very lean beef but I didn't want to cook that much meat at one timethe 2 pounds went 2 meals for 4 people!
No, just place a tent of aluminum foil over the turkey breast during cooking or else it will be as dry as a desert and burnt by the time the cooking is done.and if you can avoid it, don't use the pop-up timer.it's totally uselessIn the last 1/2 hour of cooking, you can remove the foil tent to ensure the skin gets crispyJust check that the meat has hit 170 degrees by the time you pull it out of the ovenIt will carry over to the full 181 degrees over the next 1/2 hour after you remove itIf you do have the pop-up timer in the bird.leave it thereIf you remove it, it will spout juices like a whale during cooking, and you'll end up with a dry bird .
