How many kinds of bearing clearance are there?
The common sliding bearing bush is divided into two kinds: integral type and split type. The integral Bush is in sleeve shape and is called axle sleeve. Split bearing more than two parts. In order to improve the friction properties of the bearing surface, it is often to cast a layer or two layers of antifriction material on its inner surface, called the bearing lining, that is, the Bush is made of double metal structure or three metal structure. The bearing and the bearing seat do not allow relative movement.
In order to prevent the movement of the Bush, the flanges at both ends of the bush can be used for axial positioning or fixed on the bearing seat by means of pins (or screws). To make the sliding bearing well lubricated, an oil hole and oil groove shall be set on the sodium tile or journal. The oil holes shall be located at the least pressure of the oil film; the oil groove shall be raised in the region where the bearing is not stressed or the film pressure is small; the expansion of the oil tank is required to facilitate the oil supply, and the bearing capacity of the bearing will not be reduced.
There are two kinds of clearance, one is the clearance between bearing and bearing bush, the other two is radial clearance of bearing. The first kind of clearance will cause the bearing or bush to be damaged, the lubricant pressure will be reduced, the gap will be too small, the bearing or bearing load will increase sharply, or even burn (tile). The second kind of clearance is too big, the bearing will move back and forth in the radial direction, the whole machine is not stable, the gap is too small, so that the load of the machine increases.Sliding bearings (sliding, bearing) bearings that work under sliding friction. Plain bearings work smoothly, reliably and without noise. Under the condition of liquid lubrication, the sliding surface is separated by the lubricant without direct contact, and the friction loss and surface wear can be greatly reduced. The oil film also has a certain vibration absorption capacity. But the starting friction resistance is larger. The shaft supported by the bearing is called the journal, and the part that matches the journal is called the bush. In order to improve the friction properties of the bearing surface, the antifriction material layer, which is cast on its inner surface, is called the bearing lining. Bearing and bearing lining materials are collectively referred to as journal bearing materials. The application of sliding bearings is usually under the condition of high speed and light load.
