How many methods do you use to fix the screen surface of vibrating screen?
Inclined plate compression plate compression: refers to the screen frame to help the bolt, oblique plate and so on, the screen surface on both sides of the fixed on the screen frame. This method of compaction is often used for medium grade screening of thin steel plates, punched screen surfaces, rubber and polyurethane sieve plates.
Bolt compression and fixation bolt fastening and fixing: refers to the use of bolts to compress the screen surface on the screen frame connection. The fixing method is suitable for the sieve plate with a thickness of more than 8mm, a rubber screen surface, a bar screen surface and a central fixing screen of a large sieve diameter yarn. There are two forms of bolts: U and J. The difference is that the U is more cumbersome than the J and is often used in the J model.
Wedge clamping wedge pressing: refers to the use of wedge to sieve surface is fixed on the frame of the mode of vibration sieve. The pressing method is suitable for the punching sieve plate and the slit screen surface.
Hook hook tension cable tension: refers to the screen or into a hook or end plate thin steel plate and rubber pad to screen peripheral edge wrapped into a hook, hook and fixed by bolts. The former is suitable for woven screen or sieve plate with thickness less than 6mm, which is suitable for small diameter of screen.
