How may reps should I do for skull crushers?

I'm 13 and I'm trying to work out. I'm fairly new to skull crushers so I'm starting off with 20 pounds. I was just wondering what's a good and healthy amount of reps and/or sets for this particular workout.

Answer:

3 sets of 10 reps should be fine. It depends on how much you can do at that weight. Just make sure you focus on form, keep your elbows locked and move them as little as possible. Keep them stationary if you can
