You will need to spray the cast iron and cook over medheat (turn you exhaust fan on, it will probably smoke some) I use a cast iron grill and I know it smokes things up a bit.

I've found using Bisquick to cut their recipe in half 1 cup of mix, 1/2 cup milk, 1 eggIt will make 6-8 pancakes depending on the sizeI wrap the extras in aluminum foil and refrigerate them for another dayToast to warm them, in a toaster/oven and enjoy! always, Ladyitch
