Nope, no calculator. It is very dependent on the local labor market and the ease of access to the wire routes. If the walls are open to the studs, then it will be easier, faster and cheaper. For new construction, I figure $100/ box which means about 7 boxes in a room minimum, plus the panel and meter base and any special fixtures. Appliances are not included, plus for the new codes, you need 4 outside outlets and maybe a deicing circuit. Get at least 5-7 bids and do some calculations from there. Aluminum wire killed many homeowners in the 70's, You might get a survey done to verify that you have aluminum wire to the branch circuits and if it needs to replaced, or if it was upgraded in the past. From my memory, Al was not allowed for wiring after the mid 60's, so verify what the wire is.
