How much is it to install a car starter/alarm system?
It depends on how much you want to spend however I talked this over with someone I knew who worked for one of those stereo installation places and he said that to get a good quality system that is going to hold up and last for a while its about 330 bucks installed. but this coes with the remote door unlock functions and remote start and some other key features that a lot of cheap crap does not have . This includes a immobilizer too which keeps the car from being started. Its best to do some research on the phone call a couple of those installation places eexplain what you want in terms of a car starter and alarm and ask specifically what is a good brand what are the key features and is there any on sale? make some notes and call a few other places and see what all information you come up with. Sooner or later you will start hearing the same name over and over. then you can take that name and look it up on the internat and see what kind of a company it is.
