How much would a square meter of fibreglass cost?

Im making a prototype of a fiberglass boat, i was wondering how much on average a square meter would cost, also, if you can, could you also tell how you actually make fiberglass and how much it would cost in all for a square meter

Fiberglass is a composite of a glass cloth (strand,woven or random cloth). and polyester resin. a liquid plastic, that is catalyzed by a small amount of hydrogen peroxide, which caused the resin to harden in a few minutes. The Cloth comes in several different weights (thicknesses), and the resin is sold by weight but in pints, quarts and gallons or by the drum (50 gals) . The cost of this varies. You can buy a Quart in the US for from $5 to $8 with the catalyst included. The Cloth is also available in small quantities like one yard of 6oz. for say $5 to a 1/2 yard of 32 oz for say $7 in your prototype you might use some 32 oz woven cloth in areas where strength needed, then 16 oz woven roving bonded to some 6 oz. for areas where you want a smooth outer finish. The resin soak the cloth and conforms to the shape of your mold.but that's another issue You might find Youtube might be useful in seeing how it's done. West Marine, Walmart, auto parts stores have it in the U.S. Of course manufacturers buy the materials at much lower cost because they order much larger quantities.

I like to use boiling hot water and pick out the debris ( mostly hair ) with a wooden BBQ skewer Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use bleach on the Alum fins

Fiberglass is sold in bulk on a roll by the weight an then sold by the yard or meter so U will have to find out how much fiberglass is in a Square meter. The major cost is the resin and hardener.
