i live in Washington, and i want one badly ha. i went the other day and asked for the industrial and they said 2 years ago it was made illegal to get done unless your 18 and older, but does the scaffold hold the same law? i need help ASAP!!
an industrial and a scaffold are the same thing, why would they allow it to one name of it but not the other, and most piercings you have to be 18+ to get, and some you can get at 16, very few you can get any younger than that
