Question:

How should i cook ribs?

I have some ribs (pre-seasoned) and i don't know how i should cook them? I want to avoid the b-b-qAny ideas how to do this and for them to come out tender???

Answer:

always boil them on a slow boil for about 45 mins.this is where the majority of the meat on the bone will cookbe sure you have enough water in the pot to cover the ribs.then broil for about 10 minswithin this 10 mins as you do this.keep flipping and adding your sauce (whichever you choose) to the ribs every few mins.you don't want to burn the sauce onto the ribs but just long enough to make the coating thick and stick to the ribs.they will come out so damn good.very tender.good luck.hope this works for you.its' very easy.make sure you put some non-stick aluminum foil (or just foil) on your broil pan in which the ribs will rest to cook to make for easier clean up:)
