There is one screw that holds the light fixture in the wall of the pool you will need to remove that screw and set the light fixture on the pool deck then you can remove the lens to change the bulb. Be sure you change the lens gasket or the light may leak
You will have to get a pool guy to do it. You need to drain the water and then replace the bulb.
