Answer:

After the injection molding machine has been installed, it must pass the strict debugging procedure, then can put into the official production. It mainly includes three parts, the whole machine debugging, the injection device debugging, the fitting device debugging and so on.(1) debug the whole machine performance1) check the hydraulic oil in the pressure tank and the oil in the lubricator to ensure adequate supply of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil. The model of the oil shall comply with the requirements of the manual.2) switch on the main power supply, switch on the master switch on the control box, and place the operation mode selector switch on the spot or manually. Start the injection moulding machine and check the running direction of the pump.3) the machine should be started under the condition of no pressure in the hydraulic system, and then adjust the hydraulic system pressure to normal pressure when it is started.4) after the hydraulic pump work, opens the oil cooler cooling water valve, carries on the cooling to the return oil, prevents the oil temperature to be excessively high.5) after the hydraulic pump works for a short time, close the safety door and then close the mold manually, and turn on the pressure gauge to see if the pressure is rising.6) when the car is empty, the manual operation of the machine is carried out by air several times, and the safety door, the indicator lamp and all kinds of valves are observed to be correct and sensitive.7) check relay, limit switch, counting device, total stop button is normal, reliable and sensitive.8) perform semi-automatic test run and automatic operation test, check whether the operation is normal or not.
The injection pressure and velocity are related to material selection, runner layout, gate form, melt temperature, and mold temperature. Moldflow software can be used to predict the filling, holding and cooling of plastic melts in the mold, and also to predict the possible defects.
(3) adjustment of injection device;1) adjust the injection seat moving stroke after the die is closed and at low pressure, so that the nozzle can top the mold gate sleeve.2) check whether the nozzle used for the processing of materials, installation is smoothly, the nozzle flow is smooth.3) adjust all kinds of pressure, such as injection pressure, packing pressure, injection seat pressure, back pressure, etc..4) adjust the metering stroke and anti trip stroke of the screw, and check whether the limit switch or sensor is sensitive and reliable.5) the pre plastic screw air several seconds, to have no abnormal mechanical noise, hopper opening plate switch is normal.
(2) debugging of die closing device;1) wipe the mold clean, then carefully and securely installed between the fixed die, and then adjust the length of the slider according to the size of the plastic block, limiting the opening of the moving template.2) adjust the ejector mechanism so that it can push the molding out of the die cavity to the preset distance.3) the clamping force should be adjusted according to the requirements of the processing technology. The die clamping force should be adjusted to the lower limit of the required clamping force.4) adjust all stroke switches to their respective positions, and adjust the closing of the die.5) adjust the speed and pressure of the mold opening and closing die, generally adjust the speed to the pre selection value, then adjust the pressure to the specified value.6) the clamping device can only work on both sides of the injection machine when the safety door is closed, and check whether the machine will stop working when the safety door is open.
