you could also use pop rivets , any type of tape or glue is going to show through, The other thing I have seen ay like Home Depot and such places are little feet that are made from clear silicon and are only about 3/8 round that would prevent the lexan from slipping around but it would raise it up at the corners so if the lexan is thin it would bow toward the middle
