Scratching the film using the tip of wallpaper cutter along the wall and then tearing it off by hands.
You can clean it up with diluents, ethyl alcohol or rosin water which are sold in paint stores. But these solvents all affect the properties of profiles, the latter one in particular. I suggest you not use it too much.
