How to control the pressure switch with PLC (ZSE30-ISE30A)? How is programming too?
For vacuum suction cups to detect whether the adsorption is good, the air pressure is negative. It depends on your pressure gauge performance.
As far as I know, SMC commonly used two applications:
One is 0-100kpa, which is displayed as positive, for blowing and other measures of the size of the pressure of the occasion;
The other is -100- +100 kPa, that is, positive and negative all can detect the model.
The signal you need can be obtained from it.
Another point: the output contacts optimistic, is the NPN output or PNP output.
If your PLC input point to use low input, then you have to choose the NPN pressure switch. You can not remember this model NPN or PNP, and only know that the Japanese SMC.
Pressure switch is a switch, only need to pressure switch black line (OUT1) connected to the PLC's input point can be programmed to see the state of the input point, and some OUT2 first line output.
The pressure switch can set the polarity of the contact: Normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC). Look at your own needs to set.
The program put it as a normal input point on it.
Pressure signal, the current value and the set value to do more than the current value is greater than the set value action, or the current value in the set upper and lower limits when the action, can be set according to need.
