all car alarms, have a master reset. the way it works, is by depressing a switch , usually located under dash, and while holding the button in, start the car. now that will solve your problem once, but to disable the alarm completely, you have to shut power to the unit. that means, you have to find where the box is, and disconnect the power wire. that is about the only way you can do it. good luck.
