Check if the messages you didn't read are marked as read. Also I think there is a way to view your Internet history, but for every phone there is another way. For the other stuff, I can just shrug my shoulders. If you could discover the last activities, it would take to much memory.
You can find out last activities of all mobile phones in a given room or house. Use a 610 type detector set to silent operation and later upload the data log to a PC in spreadsheet format. You get a time and date stamp, call duration, strength of signal and signal type. UK US prisons use this to spy on prisoners using mobiles.
If they didn't delete it then in ur calls and texts if they did ring your provider if u on pay monthly and ask for itemized billing if u on pay as u go it be on your Internet my account or phone your provider and ask but that will only work if you are registered
