Question:

How to fix a transistor in an speaker?

I want to increase the volume from my speakers.

Answer:

Speakers don't have transistors, amplifiers have transistors. If you want more volume you probably need either a bigger amplifier or bigger speakers and more likely both. Tiny plastic computer speakers are not meant to fill a room with sound so there is nothing you can do to change such a speaker to make it capable of doing that. This scales up nicely, a small format commercial cinema speaker is not meant to fill a convention center with sound and again there is nothing you can do to change this. In general, bigger speakers are better at filling bigger rooms. To get really good sound in even a small bed room for example you need at a minimum quality bookshelf speakers having at least a 6 woofer along with a quality subwoofer having at least a 10 woofer. You need a quality receiver to power the speakers and ideally the subwoofer will have it's own built in amplification. mk
Speakers are passive devices. It is the amplifier that provides amplification. Unless you redesign the whole amp, you can't just get more volume. Buy a new amp.
Well I think you should open both left and write speaker and set transistor on positive terminal. I should work
Speakers don't have transistors. You need a more powerful amplifier and more efficient speakers,
