i have hp refurbished intel dual core e6550, windows vista home premium. first it worked great, packed up and moved. upacked, put them together but forgot hooked the receiver - mouse works fine but not keyboard. turned off computer, hooked everything, wireless keyboard still not working.any solution for this? thanks for help.
Try re syncing the keyboard to the receiver. You'll find a small button under the keyboard. Press the receiver button first then the keyboard button. Also check the batteriesif buttons were pressed during the move it may have drained them. Cheers
