My budgies currently drink from a little cup that came with the cage. I want to switch them to a tube waterer for many reasons:?less likely to get contaminated by droppings, etc.?can be put anywhere in cage?I may get a bigger cage, and use my current cage as a breeding cage, and if I can get them to use a tube waterer I won't have to cut a hole in the cage bars, but I can use the door where the water dish once was (if you want to say anything about breeding that dosent have anything to do with waterers, please do so elsewhere. I have studied for months, and will not actually breed until summer break so u have time to care for the babies)Anyway, how do I get my birds to drink from the tube waterers? How long should it take and should i get more than one? (I have three birds)
