you cant well u can see wear the calls on the cell phone been made but u would pay like 180 bucks to know so you cant get it u can make your own u need a BIG dish atlest 4 monitors u would have to know computer very well
no such thing unless a phone company made one WHICH THEY WONT because its classified as a whats the word. evading peroples privacy. and if youve seen that one on the internet that advertised one? its nothing but a click-and-auto download-virus. and it requires you to give your info and then the phone company sells it to marketers and thats how you gett annoying telly marketers
In order to track a mobile phone, it should be GPS enables in the first place, you can not track other non GPS phones
