Question:

How to get my brownies right?

Every time I make boxed brownie mix I can't seem to get the brownies out rightPutting them in the Freezer makes it a little easier, but it still doesn't help that muchI have a little bit of a problem cutting them too, they always glide along with the knife I useHow can I get them not to stick to the knife and get them out without them looking weird, so they look almost professional?

Answer:

Line your pan with parchment paper or aluminum foilCut the paper or foil about 2 inches longer than the panWhen the brownies are done run a knife around the edge of the pan and use the bit of an over hang of paper or foil to lift the brownies out of the panPlace on a rack and allow to coolI know warm brownies are great but they will cut better when coolMost important thing about brownies is this.DO NOT OVER BAKEthey go from tender gooey brownies to little hard dry bricks in what seems to be a nano secondOnce they are cool cut and place in storage containerIf you want a warm brownie place one in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds.
