Question:

How to keep a chopped banana fresh?

I'm currently on a somewhat strict diet and 6 days a week for breakfast I eat a bowl of oatmeal with half a banana choppedThe problem I have is keeping the other half of the banana fresh enough to eat the next dayI found that if I chop the banana in half with the peel intact and cover the exposed end in aluminum foil it stays somewhat fresh, but still ends up a bit brown by the nexy morningRefrigerating them was a disaster.Any suggestions?

My grandfather used to use spark plugshe would make a loop in his line, attach the spark plug to the loop and bend the lip down against it as far as it would go.
you could use any of the suggestions above.or you could just stop at a local bait shop and pick a few packs of weights up on you way to your fishing location.
