Every time I make cookies, they always end up sticking onto the baking sheetI use a nonstick sheet and sometimes, I grease the sheet with oil, but they always end up really hard to removeSometimes, big pieces will fall off when I try to remove the cookies and sometimes, they stick so bad have to scrape them offHow do I keep them from sticking and make them easy to remove?
When its really hot or cold feel around with your hand the walls and ceilings and you will find bad spotsAir coming in/out is bad tooBut remember only to heat or cool a bare minimum, ans there is a square law for energy use and cooling and heatingSay to cool a 10' difference costs you $100 a month then having a 15' difference might cost $400 a monthKeep an eye on the meter and record the values to train yourself.
I'd imagine you're losing alot of moneyNo insulation means the heat isn't being held in the roomMine and my boyfriend's room isn't insulated and we have to keep our space heater on all the time or else we freezeIt really sucks :(
with out insulation it is not insulated
I usually let the cookies cool for 5-10 minutes so they get hard and are easy to removeI'm not sure if you want to do this but you can also line your baking sheet with aluminum foilThe baking sheet doesn't get dirty but the cooking time may change a little!
