Question:

How to keep humidity in my 20gallon Ball python terrarium?

the tank has repti bark on the right(where her heating pad, lights, and hide is) and eco earth natural soil on her left (where her water dish is and a cork log)I heard using aluminum foil and cling rap help butthe humidity always goes down to 30-40% and i want to keep it at at least 65%If i use aluminum foil how will the light get into the tank if 3/4 of the screen have to be covered? Also, how does the cling wrap one work? Should i use a damp towel on 1/2 the screen and aluminum/cling wrap on 1/4 of the screen?Do you put the cling wrap on top of the screen or under it so its kind of in the terrarium but under the screen?Other humidity idea's too plz!THANX!!!

First, it's LASAGNANext, they are Mushrooms, not mashroomsIt's Cottage Cheese, not cotteigeAnd it's beef, not beffGod help us all with this illiteracyNow, to answer your question: I use lasagna noodles (cooked), tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, ground beef, ground sausage, ground lamb, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, onions, garlic, worcestershire sauce, and pepperoni chunksLots of layers!
I put motzerella cheese, cottage cheese and cheddar in mine along with ground beef, some sausage, mushrooms, onions and green peppers which also bring a nice flavor outI have to have a nice thick pan though as I like a lot of layers tooAlong with the Lasanga, you can't go without the garlic bread! My favorite is Texas Toast that you find in the supermarketThey have the regular garlic and butter or garlic, butter and cheezzzzzOk.that's enough.I'm gettin' hungry!

I mix 1/2 beef, 1/2 pork sausage, fresh crushed tomatoes, fresh parsely, basil and a bit of thyme for the meat sauceFor the cheeses, I use ricotta, cottage, mozzarella and parmesan and add 2 cloves of minced garlic to it My layers consist of: Meat sauce fresh sliced mushrooms sliced zuchinni noodles cheese mixture more meat sauce fresh spinach-torn into smaller pieces noodles cheese mixture more noodles meat sauce freshly shredded mozzarella on top with some fresh oregano sprinkled over it
DO NOT put your water dish on or near heat source (it can cause bacteria ) get a tupper ware tub about 4 x3 ins put some 4 mill holes(about as many as you can really) in it and fill with wet tissue paper/sfagnum moss that is what i do to keep humidity also obtain a digital hygrometer it will pay off as normal bubble ones are not accurate GET YOURSELF a good book and keep learning
