I have been looking at crafts that use old chip bags to make new things out of (bags, purses, wallets.) Pretty much all the ones I have looked at have a laminated look to them and also in the instructions at some point they say to laminate the old bagsHow is this done? Do you have to bring them to some store or shop and have someone else do it for you or is there a way you can do it at home? Thanks!
