Ok so today we got a oven that we thought had a range top lock so our mentally disabled would not be able to turn on our stove top he does not understand how dangerous turning on the stove on is anyway is there a way to install a lock?

When you put water on/in an oil fire, it boils over violently, taking the oil with it. When this then comes in contact with a heat source (the burner), it can burs into flames.
