I would find a square serving bowl approximately 15 X 15 cm (6 X 6 inches) square to use as a formI would place the foil in the bowl and and press it to the shape of the bowlGood luck!
Every time you use itThe dishes get done every time you use them don't they? There is food on your grill after you use it, therefor if you don't want all kinds of bacteria gathered the next time you use it then I would clean it.
