a pen cap wouldn't work it would melt.you going to have to make it out of aluminum foil.its hard to explain the best way to make it over the net but try this.use the pen and wrap the foil around the pen.then pull the pen out so you should have what looks like a straw made out of aluminum foil.but you have to keep on end of the aluminum foil straw loose.with the loose wrap the aluminum foil around your finger to make the header piece (where you pack it at) but you gotta make sure that the hole in the bottom isn't too big so your ganja does just slide threw.its hard to explain i've done it before and it won't work for permanent just as a replacement until you get a new one.just try it a few times until you get it right.the big thing with bongs is to make sure that its sealed where the header going into the bong to make it air tight
