well.if there is no limit to the number of straws you can use I would use like a million of them to make a raft, plugging the ends with hot glueBut if you were limited to say, 1 straw then I would try to use all of itI just tried iti don't have straws so i just did the foil partI took a stack of about 12 pennies laid the stack on its side in the middle of the foil (just use them as a form)Then i wrapped the foil up around the stackThe ends could be secured with hot glue and two halves of the straw could be glued to the edges of the foil pouchagain, the ends should be pluggedIf this does not work well you might try more of a trampoline style boat; keep the foil flat and line the edges with sealed straws
