Heya, the best way at your level to make gold would probable be to pick up two gathering professions, such as Skinning and Mining, Mining a stack of copper ore and smelting it to copper bars can usually earn you around a gold a stack on the auction house on most servers, and of course you level your mining, and mine better ore that brings in more money. Also, you can take up skinning, which allows you to skin beasts and some other types of monsters after killing them, giving you different types of skin that you can also sell on the auction house. You may have to backtrack to your starting zones to skin and mine a bit to get the levels up, as if your in a higher level area, the stuff there would be to high for you to go ahead and start there. If you already have a profession, try to at least take Mining, as it is probably more money than skinning, but if you haven't taken a profession yet, grab both. Oh, and First Aid, Cooking, and Fishing don't count, so you can have those three and then two main professions.
