I live in Germany, and want to make an apple pie, but do not have access to any fillers-I guess it is the canned ingredients that you would useDoes anyone have a receipe to share that doesn?t require these canned ingredients?

Answer:

I use 2-3 pounds of granny smith apples, but any tart apples will doPeel them, core them and slice them thinly, no more than (crap, you people are metric) 1cm wideToss them with enough cinnamon and white sugar to coat them, the excess with sift to the bottom, um.2/3 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon cinn, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, dash of salt, 1/4 cup flour, mix these in a bowl FIRST, then add them to applestoss to coatLayer apples in pie shellDot apples with 1 tablespoon butter cut into pieces, cover with top shell, seal edges, cut slits in top, sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon on top last 10 mins of bakingCover edges of pie with aluminum foil to keep from burningBake 425 F for 40-50 min.
Howdy Yes, per the other answers, different places locally pay differentlyIn my town in Illinois it is 40 cents a lbNow, recall about 25 cans make up a poundAlso just ask if there is more money paid if you bring in larger amounts at one timeThey generally pay more per pound if you bring in more than say like 20/30 pounds at one timeIn our part of the country, these prices go up in the winter timeLooks like they are sort of low right nowI would say if you live in a part of the country that is COLD in the winter, prices are higher in the winterGood Luck and have fun.
i especially like that they dont breake down for 3000yrs so i know i enjoy seeing them in the north south east west no matter were i go all over in the environment i dont focus on how much i git just that if i make an effort by creating jobs for people when i pick stuff up in the environment and put it in the recycle bin and if i can git some money at the recycler i would but i dont see how i can take the baby carrier and load it with a 100lbs of metal cause they refuse to take it unless i bring a vehicle i think if there going to run a business they shall be required to take it back after i spend so much effort getting that krap out of every were i git it
Considering how little tabs would weigh.Cape Coral Hospital Thrift Store on Del Prado collects them in a jar on check out counter for (I think) McDonald's House.
