The recipe I'm using to make pancakes with this mix is:2 cups of the baking mix1 large egg1 1/3 cups of milk2 tbsp sugar1 tsp vanilla extractAnd I'm supposed to use 1/4 cup for each pancakeThis recipe makes a lot of pancakes, how can I make a smaller amount of mixture without the ingredients messing up or for them to still taste right?
