Well, personally, as a guy, I prefer girls that are small, and preferbly thin, this is what most guys likeIf you want to lose some weight even though you do run and diet, you should cut off on the red meat, and try to eat mainly chicken as a stable diet (preferbly the chicken breast, the leanest part) along with a full serving of vegetables, and try to cut on the sugar, which does play a role on weight gain.
okay well first i'll tell you that i am now engaged to a PERFECT guy, but before this, i dated a girl for 2 years and she weighed more than you and it never bothered me, she was totally awesome but i just decided i needed to be w/a guy for the long hallbut some people really like bigger girls! don't stay w/ur b/f just because u think nobody else would want you because i can PROMISE that is not the case! it sounds like you have a healthy lifestyle so all you can do is to keep it up and hopefully you will loose the weight if you feel you need tobut i'm sure you dont look like a cow! my last advice is to talk to your b/fi dont know your age but maybe you feel like you need to experience more of life and love before you settle down for goodshare this w/him and see what he has to say! :-) u should be able to talk to your man about anything and everything!
