Well in my school, theres this lady who makes really great apple crumble which is not the traditional version which is like a mess of crispy bits above stewed applesHow she makes it is that it is in a square, its like a square tart or somethingThe base is like a tart, then theres apple in between and then topped off with more of the tart layerIts more like apple crumble pie kind of thing. When u eat it, its rather crumbly, like when you are eating a tart or a pie, but the apple stuff is not very watery, its almost solid like a layer.Anyone can help? Thanks! Summary, its a non tradition apple crumble pie with 3 layers, base tart/pie layer, apples, top layer of tart/pie
