well pump is in my home and the company said I had to cut a hole in the roof of my house to get a crane cable in to get the pump out because its stuck the pump has pvc pipe on it
I think it might be considerably less expensive to use a chain hoist and cut sections of the PVC pipe off as the pump is raised. PVC isn't too expensive and, depending on the depth of your well save you bundles over the hole in roof and crane idea.
try an engine hoist. if it dont work, call a contractor lol.
