Answer:

Lemon or lime juice...no. Not for any cuts. These have no healing properties with respect to wounds. They do for other skin problems, but not wounds. Natural/home remedies for cuts: Cleaning: hydrogen peroxide, cheap and easy to have around the house. witch hazel: a little more pricey, but doesn't sting and cleans out the wound water: just good sterile water. Treating: honey is good and a little goes a long way. Have to keep it covered. Not recommended for deep wounds, just scratches. doug fir or any fir sap: this usually isn't in the kitchen, but is an excellent remedy outdoors for cuts to stop the bleeding, seal the wound and provide antimicrobial protection. Still need a band-aid to keep the sap from getting on everything. Small cuts, medium cuts. How about just Neosporin and a band-aid?
Yes. Be sure to mix in some salt and cayenne.
I've never heard that, but the citric acid in them would definitely make it hurt! I'd use honey instead, just a thin layer. It works as a sealant, antibiotic and will help it heal without a scar.
