You can gently wipe it off with alcohol. Remember to keep good ventilation to volatilize the alcohol.
You need to clean it little by little using your nails with care and patience.
You can heat the film with electric hair drier. When it gets soft, peel a cornor of the film and tear it off slowly while heating. You can tear it off quickly this way.
