I have fiskers guillotine paper trimmer and I want to know how I can sharpen it I tried wax paper and aluminum with no luck.
well that depends on where you live in californiaThe brown insulation is most likely cellulose type insulationhow deep is it in your attic?wher i live it should be at least 12inches thick yes you can roll new insulation over it without taking the old out just use unfaced battsthis means rolled fiberglass insulation over the top with no paper facing on it and be sure to wear a face respirator and safety goggles
