How to solve the dryer a series of failures

Answer:

If the dew point reading is normal after the dry machine is replaced, the dew point rises rapidly after the end of the drying cycle of the dryer, indicating that the ambient air may enter the closed gas path, causing the dryer to absorb prematurely. Another possibility is that the dryer is not completely regenerated or contaminated. If the dew point reading and reflow air dew point readings are close, it indicates that the regenerative gas path is completely failing or the desiccant is seriously polluted.
On the other hand, after the dryer was replaced, the dew point immediately peaked, indicating that the dryer was not adequately cooled before it was so well that it could not adsorb moisture well and that the dew point of the dryer would be reduced to normal after cooling. If the dryer is cooled properly, it will cause the temperature to peak. The sudden change in temperature will reduce the drying ability of the desiccant to heat-sensitive materials such as ionomers, amorphous polyesters and certain nylon grades.
The dew point reading can help to find some problems, so the dry air dew point value should be monitored throughout the drying process. Dryer normal operation of the dew point reading should be 20of ~ 50of within a straight line, of course, the replacement of the dryer caused by small fluctuations are normal. If the dryer is operating normally, the dew point at the dry air inlet should be at least 30of lower than the dew point at the return air outlet.
The moisture absorption capacity of the dryer is limited, so the moisture it adsorbs must be removed by regeneration. The process is: when the ambient air is inhaled, through a filter into the blower, and then be sent to a group of heaters. The heated air passes through the machine. When the temperature of the dryer rises, the adsorbed moisture is released. When the hot air to absorb water vapor to saturation, it was discharged into the atmosphere. The high temperature regenerative dryer must be cooled before returning to the dry loop to restore the moisture absorption function of the dryer.
