How to warm up the inside of a Rubbermaid tub with no electricity or fire?

our cats sleep inside a Rubbermaid tub outside with straw laid out on the floor. its snowing and getting below 0 so any ways to warm it up? no plugs, i'm not buying anything and absolutely no fire. any ideas?

Lightning hits buildings. Yes. If the building has a lightning rod, the energy of the lightning bolt goes to the ground. If the building doesn't have a lightning rod, the energy is dissipated in to the building and probably starts a fire. It used to happen to churches a lot more than other buildings because a) they were tall and b) they refused to thwart god's will by putting up lightning rods.
Yes. When people care for me it's odd to me because I guess no one has really cared much for me. As sad as that sounds. It's new to me. meow meow.
