You'll probably have to buy a new one, I used to smoke and you can't get that horribly smelling stuff out of anything! lol
Damp cloth with some sort of perfume to it. Or buy a new bag, it's really hard to get the smell of cigarettes out of anything even if you wash it in a washing machine with really hot water.
