How virus attacks the mobile phone? I.e. I have nokia x2 mobile , used to browse and download. In some of web sites says that nokia s40 wont attacked by virus. But it is not so. Now my question is weather virus comes by browsing and downloading or only by downloading (i.e. Not by pure browsing). Please explain me, that what precautions should i take to avoid virus attack to my mobile phone.
Phones can be hacked the same way any computer can be hacked. Be careful what web sites you visit. As for how to protect your phone - same way you do a computer with AV software. kaspersky .uk/kaspersky_mob is a suggestion.
in phones most viruses use java scripts. pure browsing can't attack your phone. because new phones ask is it ok to download? if you only browsing then select no to that. don't download unknown games or apps from unknown web sites.
