How we can put a tin layer on copper plate. what ingredient we required in process.?

Answer:

Electroplating uses electrical current to pull small amounts of metal from the positively charged tin-zinc anode bar through an electrolyte solution and onto the negatively charged piece to be plated. Plating begins as soon as the piece is placed in the solution. The longer the piece is submerged, the heavier the coating on the piece will be. (1)
You need a tin salt solution, a tin rod or plate to act as the other electrode and a current supply. Basically an electrochemical cell setup.
When you push the button, you activate the pump that sends the fluid trough a small hose to the sprayers.
Mine work great. I have them aimed out so I can squirt other cars and people. An electric pump in the bottom of a reservoir. Push a button and the pump pumps fluid through some lines and out the squirters.
