Question:

How workable is hardend resin?

I'd like to know if a block of hardend resin, used for encasing memorables , can be turned/milled on a large or mill. If so giving the type of chisel/cutter (HSS/HM) and speeds used would be much appreciated.

Answer:

A garlic crusher will not chop them, it'll crush them. You can use a chopperthey sell the ones that you press down over and over to chop, but I prefer the electric ones with the spinning blades.
