Turn on and unlock the phone screen
Slide down from the top of the phone to open the notification bar (if not, press the HOME button to return to the desktop and try again)
Click on the word "switch" in the upper right corner
Click the "move data" icon, the icon from gray to blue after the data flow is turned on.
